The Corpus Christi Tennis Association was incorporated in 1959 as a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization. Through the efforts of several community leaders led by Lloyd Sessions, CCTA’s first president, and philanthropist Howard E. Butt, Sr., the HEB Tennis Center was built in 1960 and gifted to the City of Corpus Christi to be run by the Parks and Recreation Department.

The new website streamlines the information and gives visitors an easy to navigate look and feel.
